 1.The ball comes without the baby's footprint?

That is correct. Immediately after your baby is born the nurse will take footprints for the hospital records. At this time you can ask the nurse to put the footprints onto the baseball. Or you can take the footprints at home, with the ink pad included.





2.  We aren't sure if we are having a boy or a girl. What do you suggest?

We love surprises! We designed our Pinch Hitter Package for this very reason. It includes 1 of each ball for just $10 more.




 3. We love this idea, but already had our baby. Is it too late to put the baby's footprints on the ball?

 No, it's never too late!!  We now offer 3 different colors of non-toxic ink pads as part of any of our packages. These pads are reuseable and wash off with soap and water.  Please consult your pediatrician before performing this act




 4. What colors are available for the custom engraved name plaques?

We can create over 32 different color schemes for the name plaques.  To review the color options please click 'Buy Now' on the Products page. This will prompt our store and give you the option to see the colors in the drop down menu.



 5. Do you offer any coupons or discounts?

Yes we do. Please follow us on Twitter and 'Become a Fan' of us on Facebook. Coupons and Promotions usually pop up on these forums bi-weekly.




 6. Do you offer any type of cards or gift wrapping?

Yes. We offer a Congratulations Card at no charge. We also offer a foot print themed gift box for $5.99. Our wrapping is very unique. We hand-stamp our gift boxes with baby footprints. Customers then have a choice of 3 different types of rafia ribbons; Blue, Lavender or Blue/Lavender Combo.




 7. How long does it take to receive the ball?

Our packages usually arrive within 2-3 business days and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  The name plaques usually take 2-3 weeks as they are all custom made.  If you need a ball sent to you in a hurry, please contact us at
customerservice@ball-one.com , we can arrange for Fedex or UPS shipments, including express and overnight shipments.
